COVID-19: Important notice!

Dear authors, dear business partners,

with regard to the current situation and anti-epidemic measures adopted by the Government of the Czech Republic, we would like to inform you that we want to reduce the risk of infection and protect the health of our employees in the form of the following measures. In order to decide and provide services to our authors and business partners, with effect from 19 October 2020:

  • Our employees have the opportunity to work from home, we will continue to be available to you by phone and email. Our office services will be significantly reduced.
  • All business meetings in the OSA building are cancelled. Meetings will take place only through conference calls.
  • Working hours of the Customer Services, tel.: 220 315 000, is adjusted to Mon-Fri: 8:00 – 16:00.
  • Working hours Reception, tel.: 220 315 111, is adjusted to Mon-Thurs: 7:00 – 15:00, Fri 7:00 – 14:00.
