WHY become a publisher represented by OSA? you’ll be informed of domestic and foreign uses of your musical works we’ll handle the timely collection of your royalty fees from Czech and foreign users of your works we’ll pay you your fees regularly according to our agreed upon payment terms with each royalty fee payment, you’ll receive a detailed statement of your account your publisher agreements will be registered in our database HOW do you as a publisher become represented by OSA? submit an extract from a relevant trade license or from the Commercial Register substantiating your authorisation to conduct publishing activities complete our application form for representation (contact our Membership Department) complete our Registration of Work form (sample form PDF) pay a one-time fee of Kč 2000 execute a contract on representation (sample form PDF) please be aware that as a publisher you cannot also be represented in the Czech Republic by a foreign-based protective rights society Contact our Membership Department
